How the Score is Calculated
Your total SEO score consists of two components:

Formula: Total Score = (Meta Score x 0.30) + (Content Score x 0.70)
Score Interpretation
TamRank uses a color-coded system to help you quickly understand your score:

Meta Score Breakdown (30%)
The Meta Score evaluates four key elements (maximum 50 points):
Meta Title (15 points)
- 10 points: Length between 30-60 characters
- 5 points: Contains focus keyword
Meta Description (15 points)
- 10 points: Length between 120-160 characters
- 5 points: Contains focus keyword
Focus Keyword (10 points)
- 10 points: Focus keyword is set
URL/Slug (10 points)
- 5 points: URL contains focus keyword
- 5 points: URL length is 60 characters or less
Content Score Breakdown (70%)
The Content Score analyzes seven categories:
A. Headings & Structure (25%)
- Exactly one H1 present (6 pts)
- H1 contains keyword (5 pts)
- H1 maximum 70 characters (2 pts)
- At least one H2 (2 pts)
- Logical heading hierarchy (3 pts)
- No duplicate headings (3 pts)
- Headings have content below (2 pts)
- No single-word headings (2 pts)
B. Keyword Usage (25%)
- Keyword in first 150 words (6 pts)
- Keyword appears at least twice (4 pts)
- Keyword density 1-2% optimal (5 pts)
- Keyword in at least one H2 (4 pts)
- Keyword variants used (6 pts)
C. Readability (15%)
- Intro is a summary (4 pts)
- Intro at least 50 words (2 pts)
- No generic intro (1 pt)
- Paragraphs max 150 words (4 pts)
- Average sentence length OK (4 pts)
D. Images (20%)
- At least one image (3 pts)
- All images have alt text (3 pts)
- Alt text contains keyword (2 pts)
- No filenames as alt text (1 pt)
- Images optimized under 300KB (4 pts)
- WebP format available (3 pts)
- Images not oversized (2 pts)
- Lazy loading enabled (2 pts)
E. Links (5%)
- At least one internal link (3 pts)
- No broken links/404s (1 pt)
- No spam links (1 pt)
F. Content Length (5%)
- Minimum 300 words (2 pts)
- Ideal length achieved (3 pts)
G. Technical Quality (5%)
- No duplicate content (2 pts)
- No text walls (2 pts)
- No ALL CAPS headings (1 pt)
