1 Who we are

Kloeth Digital B.V. is a company registered in the Netherlands. By using TamRank (the plugin, website, or any related service) you agree to these terms.

2 What TamRank is

TamRank is a WordPress SEO plugin that helps you optimize your site for search engines. It comes in two versions:

• Free includes a meta editor, schema markup (14 types plus custom JSON-LD), social preview, redirect manager, 404 monitor, XML sitemap, content analysis, Search Console integration, regex redirects, and WebP conversion. Free forever, no limits.
• PRO includes everything in Free, plus AI meta generation, Vision AI alt text, AI internal link suggestions, PageSpeed dashboard, Topical Authority Map, content strategy tools, chain detector, and priority support.

3 License & usage

What you get

When you purchase TamRank PRO, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on the number of sites covered by your license (1 site per PRO license).

What you can't do

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the plugin
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
• Remove proprietary notices or labels
• Share your license key with others
• Use the plugin for illegal purposes or to harm others

Site activation limits

Each PRO license is tied to one website. You can move your license to a different site by deactivating it first. To prevent key sharing, each license key can be deactivated a maximum of 3 times per license year (starting from your purchase or renewal date). If you need more deactivations due to legitimate circumstances (e.g., site migration), contact support.

4 Pricing & payment

Pricing

TamRank PRO costs €99/year for a single site license. Prices are listed on our website and may change. Price changes never affect your current subscription until renewal. All prices are in EUR.

VAT & taxes

• Netherlands: 21% BTW is added to all purchases
• EU businesses: if you provide a valid VAT number (verified via VIES), VAT is reverse charged. You handle VAT in your own country.
• EU consumers: local VAT rate applies based on your country
• Outside the EU: no VAT is charged

Payment methods

Payments are processed securely through Stripe (credit card, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay). We never store your payment details. They are handled entirely by Stripe.

5 Subscription & renewal

TamRank PRO is a yearly subscription that renews automatically. Here's how it works:

• Your subscription renews at the current price on your billing date
• We send a reminder email 7 days before renewal
• You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard
• If you cancel, your PRO features stay active until the end of your billing period
• After expiry, you fall back to Free. Nothing breaks, no data is lost
• You have a 14-day grace period after expiry to renew with the same license key and keep your purchased credits

6 Refunds & cancellation

TamRank PRO and AI credits are digital products delivered instantly upon payment: your license key or credits are available immediately, with nothing shipped and no waiting period.

EU right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (implemented in the Netherlands as BW 6:230p) allows this right to be excluded for digital content not supplied on a physical medium once delivery has started, provided you gave prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right.

Because TamRank PRO and credits are delivered immediately, we ask for that consent explicitly at checkout: before completing your purchase, you check a box agreeing to immediate delivery of your license or credits and acknowledging that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. We record this confirmation with your order and reference it in your order confirmation email.

If you are a consumer and your subscription has renewed automatically, you may end the renewed subscription at any time with one month's notice. In that case we refund the part of the renewal fee covering the period after termination. This does not apply to the initial term you actively purchased, or to business customers.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current billing period. Your PRO access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, as described in Section 5.

7 AI credits, fair use & AI output

PRO includes AI-powered features (meta generation, Vision AI alt text, internal link suggestions) that use credits:

• PRO includes 100 AI credits per month, which refresh on your billing date
• One credit = one AI action (e.g., generating a meta description)
• Unused monthly credits don't roll over to the next month
• Additional credit packs (100, 300, or 1000) can be purchased from your account

Purchased credits

Purchased credits never expire. They remain on your license indefinitely. However, credits can only be used while your PRO license is active. If your license expires:

• Your purchased credits are preserved on your license
• You have a 14-day grace period to renew with the same key and keep all your credits
• After 14 days, your license becomes permanently inactive. A new purchase generates a new key, and credits from the old key are no longer accessible

Acceptable use

AI features are intended for:

• Optimizing content on the website covered by your active PRO license
• Reasonable usage within your credit allocation (monthly credits + purchased packs)

Prohibited use

The following uses of AI features are not allowed:

• Automated or scripted requests (bots, cron jobs, browser automation, or any non-manual interaction)
• Using AI features to generate content for websites not covered by your license
• Reselling or redistributing AI-generated output as a service to third parties
• Submitting intentionally harmful, illegal, or misleading content for AI processing
• Circumventing credit limits or rate limiting mechanisms

AI output ownership

You own the text generated by TamRank's AI features (meta descriptions, alt text, internal link suggestions, etc.). You are responsible for making sure the content you publish complies with applicable laws and regulations.

AI output can be wrong, and you have to check it

AI gets things wrong. Output that TamRank's AI-assisted and automated features produce or suggest can be incorrect, incomplete, out of date, or completely made up, and it can be confidently phrased while being wrong. That is a known limitation of AI systems, not a defect we can promise to remove.

This applies to every AI-assisted or automated result TamRank produces, not just generated text:

• Generated text, such as meta titles and descriptions, Vision AI alt text, and internal link suggestions
• Recommendations and priority actions, including which action is presented as the most important one
• Scores and analyses, including content analysis and the Topical Authority Map
• Issue detection and schema detection, which can both miss real problems and report problems that aren't there
• Changes an AI agent makes to your site through our MCP server, such as editing meta fields, managing redirects, or resolving 404s

The same applies when you let an AI agent work on your site through our MCP server: reviewing what that agent changed is your responsibility. TamRank gives you three things to do that with. Agent writes are a preview by default and are only applied when the request explicitly approves them. Every applied change is recorded in an audit log, including the state before and after it. And a rollback function can reverse a logged change if it is of a reversible type. Rollback does not cover every kind of change, so your review comes first: rollback is a fallback, not a safety net you can count on.

AI output is not professional advice. It is not legal advice, and it is not a guarantee of any SEO result. We do not guarantee accuracy, factual correctness, ranking improvements, or traffic.

Enforcement

We monitor usage patterns (not content) to detect misuse. If we identify a violation:

• First violation: warning and temporary suspension of AI features
• Repeated violations: permanent suspension of AI features. Your license may be revoked.
• Severe abuse (e.g., automated attacks): immediate termination without prior notice

8 Your data & privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Here's what you should know:

What the plugin sends

• License validation: your domain and license key are sent to verify your subscription
• AI features: when you use AI meta generation or alt text, the relevant content (page title, content excerpt, image) is sent to our AI processing service. This data is not stored after processing.
• Search Console: if you connect Google Search Console, we use OAuth to access your GSC data. We only read search performance data and never modify your Google account.
• PageSpeed: when you run a PageSpeed scan, your URL is sent to the Google PageSpeed Insights API

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to third parties
• We don't track your website visitors
• We don't install additional plugins or scripts without your consent

9 Updates & support

Updates

Active PRO subscribers receive all updates, including new features, improvements, bug fixes, and security patches. Updates are delivered through the standard WordPress update mechanism.

Support

• PRO: priority email support. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
• Free: community support through our documentation and forums.

Support covers help with plugin functionality, configuration, and troubleshooting. We don't provide general SEO consulting, website development, or server administration as part of support.

10 Your responsibilities

To use TamRank, you're responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure
• Making sure your site meets the minimum requirements (WordPress 6.0+, PHP 7.4+)
• Backing up your site before installing or updating the plugin
• Complying with applicable laws, including GDPR if you're in the EU
• Providing accurate billing information for purchases

11 Intellectual property

All TamRank code, design, logos, documentation, and content are owned by TamRank. Your license lets you use the plugin, but does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

The TamRank name, logo, and the "T" mark are trademarks of TamRank. You may not use our branding without written permission.

12 Warranties & liability

What we promise

We work hard to make TamRank reliable, secure, and useful. We regularly test, update, and improve the plugin.

What we can't guarantee

SEO is complex and results depend on many factors outside our control. We provide the tools, but we can't guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or search engine results.

We also can't guarantee that AI output is correct. TamRank's AI-assisted and automated features can produce results that are incorrect, incomplete, out of date, or made up. That applies to generated text, recommendations and priority actions, scores and analyses, detected issues, and changes an AI agent makes through our MCP server. Checking that output before you publish it or rely on it is your responsibility. See Section 7 for the full disclaimer.

The plugin is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, TamRank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the plugin.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months before the claim.

13 Termination

You can stop using TamRank at any time by deactivating and deleting the plugin.

We may suspend or revoke your license if you violate these terms, for example by redistributing the plugin, sharing your license key, or abusing AI features. If we do, we'll explain why and give you a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue, unless the violation is severe.

When your license ends (through cancellation, expiry, or termination), you fall back to the Free version. Your data stays intact.

14 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands. Nothing in this section affects your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own country of residence, or any protection granted by the mandatory consumer laws of that country. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

15 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through a notice on our website. Continuing to use TamRank after changes means you accept the updated terms.
