TamRank can import data from:

- SEOPress
Import Process
- Go to TamRank → Import/Export
- Select “Import from Plugin”
- Choose your previous SEO plugin
- Select what to import:
- Meta titles and descriptions
- Focus keywords
- Robots meta settings
- Redirects
- Schema settings
- Click Start Import

Exporting TamRank Settings
Backup your settings or transfer to another site:
- Go to TamRank → Import/Export
- Select “Export Settings”
- Choose what to export:
- Plugin settings
- Redirects
- 404 log
- Click Export
- Save the JSON file
Importing TamRank Settings
Restore settings from a backup:
- Go to TamRank → Import/Export
- Select “Import Settings”
- Upload your JSON file
- Review the changes
- Click Import
Migration Best Practices
- Backup first – Always backup before major changes
- Test on staging – Try migration on a test site first
- Verify data – Check a sample of posts after import
- Keep old plugin – Don’t delete until verified

Troubleshooting Import Issues
Import seems stuck:
- Large sites may take several minutes
